301-303 Beaconsfield Parade. St Kilda West, Victoria

This picture shows 301-303 Beaconsfield Parade, a dainty single storey row of three Edwardian terraces. Pictured is a real estate sign declaring “no heritage overlay”.  The terrace is located in the City of Port Phillip, however without any heritage protection this row may yet become victim to the current rampant overdevelopment of this prime beachfront address.
